I had such a wonderful stay at this small hotel in Cahuita. the owner, Giacomo, was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. He provided us with helpful information about the local area, including the schedules for Cahuita's park and recommendations for beaches, drinks, and dining options. the location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and a 10-minute walk to the town and national park. the rooms were spacious, quiet, and comfortable, and there were plenty of common spaces with hammocks and benches to relax and unwind. the breakfast, cooked by Giacomo himself, was delicious and enjoyed in the beautiful garden.

The room we stayed in had a strong moldy smell, which was quite unpleasant. The amenities provided in the room were quite basic and outdated, and we felt that the price we paid was too high for what was offered.

The hospitality at this hotel was outstanding! the host was super helpful and always ready to assist with anything we needed. the breakfast every morning was delicious and they served something different and fresh each day. the hotel was also in a great location, just a 2-minute walk to the beach. we really enjoyed the outdoor shower and the presence of the lovely cat and Agutis in the garden.

There were a few downsides to our stay. the wifi in our room was really bad, and the bed wasn't very comfortable.
